We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order however, we will not take payment until your order is ready for shipping.

We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available or if there are any queries with the order. You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.

All products are supplied subject to availability and are subject to change or price promotions at any time. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises.
